Responsibilities
To manage the clients for end-to-end PV activities. To serve as a primary escalation contact for clients
To achieve the desired compliance with respect to client commitments (quality and TAT)
To manage the operational team and work management
To maintain and upgrade the existing quality and PV system.
To achieve the targets given by the management. To participate in business calls with prospective clients.
To help with leads identification and business expansion activities
To manage the vendors and serve as a SMP for vendor evaluation
Qualification & Experience
B.pharm , M.Pharm
8+ years of experience in pharmacovigilance
