About Central Tibetan Administration Scholarship 2023
The Department of Education, Central Tibetan Administration is happy to announce the annual scholarship for the year 2023. This year’s scholarship is based on the New Scholarship Scheme of 2023. Kindly go through the following guidelines before filling out the online form.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED
(Note: All documents must be in PDF / JPEG Format.)
1. All applicants are required to upload “Form A “, verified and signed by the concerned Settlement Officer.
2. Students applying for Undergraduate/ Vocational / Diploma scholarships must upload their Class XII mark sheet.
3. Students applying for Postgraduate Scholarships must upload their Undergraduate mark sheets.
4. Students applying for the Ph.D. scholarship must upload the course acceptance letter from a recognized University along with their UG/PG mark sheets.
5. Best Boy / Best Girl Certificate (If Applicable)
6. School Captain Certificate. (If Applicable)
7. Recommendation Letter from concerned authorities for the Bursary scholarship.
8. Application stating the reason for taking a gap year. (Applicable to those students who have completed class XII / Undergraduate in 2022 or before that)
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:
1. A student is entitled to submit only one application online.
2. For those who apply for the Excellence Scholarship, DOE will contact respective schools for the Leadership/Moral Ethical Quality recommendation form.
3. All applicants must ensure that the email address and mobile number provided in the Online Application form are their own / Parents/ Guardians only, as all future communications and follow-ups will be done through provided registered email and phone numbers only.
4. An automated response will be sent after the submission of the form. Applicants can edit their applications through the same link. Only applicants with incomplete applications would be notified.
Last Date For Applications
The online application has been automatically set to close by 11:59 pm on June 15, 2023, for UG /Vocational/ Diploma Scholarship and 31st August 2023 for PG Scholarship. We will not accept any submissions after that.
