Any content that any individual Applicant (“Contributor”) may post on MedBots.in is subject to the terms stated here. These terms may be changed or updated at any time and they will apply to all blog posts. This includes any posts that you have already submitted to us, and any subsequent blog posts. The most current and up-to-date version of the terms for Contributors are laid out below.
i. Who can contribute to the blog
Any Applicant with a registered account on MedBots.in can contribute to the ‘Blog’, which is subject to the terms listed here.
ii. How an Applicant can contribute to the Blog
For the purpose of contributing to the Blog, a User would be required to register as an Applicant on the Website. Further, the Applicant can make use of the ‘Write for us’ option available in the Applicant Account, in order to view the submission guidelines.
iii. The parameters considered before a final decision is made regarding submissions
A submission will be considered for publication after it satisfies all the standard parameters including but not limited to:
- Plagiarism- We take the issue of plagiarism and copyright violation seriously. All the Blogs are subjected to strict plagiarism checker.
- Quality- Quality of the submission is considered before selecting the same for publishing on our Website. Additionally, the tone, coherence and grammatical correctness is also considered.
- Relevance- Since MedBots.in is a platform dedicated to medical students and professionals, the submissions should hold some relevance and add some value to the readers from the healthcare sector.
iv. Editing prior to the publication
We reserve the right to proofread and edit (if required) your submission prior to its publication. At any point of time, we reserve the discretion to reject an article, if found unsuitable for any reason or so.
v. Ownership of the submission
MedBots.in does not retain any copyright over the submissions. The Contributor is free to publish on other platforms, subject to their guidelines. However, MedBots.in is not obligated to retain the submissions and may delete them at its discretion. MedBots.in also retains the right to share the submission, once published on the Website, on social media.
g. Discussion Forum
We request that every new and existing Applicant read, agree to and abide by our Discussion Forum rules below and the other terms in this Terms of Use before using this Service. Please read carefully before participating. Your use of the Discussion Forum will constitute your agreement to comply with these Terms of Use.
i. In this Terms of Use, unless context specifically requires, ‘Discussion Forum’ (also referred to as the ‘Forum’) refers to the platform on MedBots.in, made for Applicants.
ii. The purpose of the Forum is to provide a platform for Applicants to discuss topics and questions strictly related to healthcare maintenance, healthcare protection, healthcare management and careers in medical, including topics related to medical degrees, medical universities, job interviews, etc. If any discussion is found to be irrelevant for the Indian medical and healthcare community or our Users, it may be removed from the Website without notice to the author.
iii. Do not post any copyrighted material- You agree not to post or upload material on the Discussion Forum unless it is yours, you have consent from the copyright owner or you know the material is public domain. This might also include graphical representations such as charts and tables from other websites, which may have a unique HTML or other code from another website.
iv. No advertising, selling and soliciting is allowed unless specifically agreed upon- No advertising, solicitations, trading of goods or services, or other commercial activities are allowed in the Forum, unless it is specifically agreed with us. No bulk messages, spam, or repeat postings of the same message are permitted.

Additionally, strict steps would be initiated against the violators, including suspension of account and other suitable actions. Please be informed that the IP address is recorded with each post and this may be used while banning a particular member due to any reason.

Abstain from using any foul language or spreading any type of hatred. Everyone is expected to follow certain etiquettes, which are necessary to keep the atmosphere of the Forum healthy and conducive.
