About the Program
The Fortis and Agilus Healthcare Scholarship 2023-2024 is an initiative of Fortis Healthcare Limited and Agilus Diagnostics Ltd. aimed at providing financial assistance to deserving students pursuing their MBBS course in India. Under this scholarship, students currently enrolled in their first, second, third, or fourth year of the MBBS course can apply and receive a one-time scholarship of INR 1,00,000.
Eligibility
- Applicants pursuing MBBS courses and currently studying in their first, second, third, or fourth year are eligible to apply.
- Students must have received a minimum of 60% marks in their previous academic year.
- The annual family income of applicants should be less than INR 6,00,000.
- PAN India applicants are eligible.
- Children of employees of Fortis Healthcare Ltd, Buddy4Study, and Agilus Diagnostics Limited are not eligible.
Scholarship Amount
- One-time scholarship of INR 1,00,000
Documents
- Previous academic year’s mark sheets/passing certificates
- A government-issued identity proof (Aadhaar Card/ Voter ID Card/Driving License/PAN Card)
- Current year admission proof (fee receipt/admission letter/institution identity card/bonafide certificate)
- Current year fee structure document
- Family income proof (Form 16A/income certificate from government authority/salary slips, etc.)
- Bank account details of the applicant
- Recent photograph
How can you apply?
- Login to Buddy4Study with your registered ID and land on the ‘Application Form Page’.
- If not registered, register at Buddy4Study with your email, mobile, or Gmail account.
- You will now be redirected to the ‘Fortis and Agilus Healthcare Scholarship 2023-2024’ application form page.
- Click on the ‘Start Application’ button to begin the application process.
- Fill in the required details in the online application form.
- Upload relevant documents.
- Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and click on ‘Preview’.
- If all the details filled in by the applicant are correctly showing on the preview screen, click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.
