It is our privilege to welcome you to GUJCON 2026, a convergence of occupational health clinicians and allied leaders committed to safer, healthier, and more humane work.
In an era of high reliability operations and evolving risk, workforce health is a strategic determinant of resilience, productivity, and ethical governance. This edition positions occupational health on a clear trajectory-from the Factories Act, 1948 to the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 implemented through Precision Prevention and High-Reliability practice. We bring together evidence, practice, and dialogue to shape future-ready occupational health in Gujarat and beyond.
Plenaries, focused sessions, and case based discussions will span process and chemical safety, ergonomics, mental wellbeing, and regulation alongside the responsible use of digital tools.
