Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Pune is organizing a workshop on Molecular Biology for Young Scientists - Protein from 17 to 31 July 2022. The last date of registration is 15 July 2022.
About the workshop
These are paid workshops (INR 3540) aimed at undergraduates, post-graduates, PhD scholars and professionals in biology. Topics covered include protein estimation, SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting and Enzyme Kinetics. Training will be hands-on for small batches of 10 – 12 participants and two instructors. Venue for the workshops is IISER, Pune. Participation certificates will be given.

Eligibility
Category 1: Students currently in B.Sc/M.Sc/Ph.D.
Category 3: Anybody who has finished a Bachelors degree but is not currently enrolled as a student.
The workshop assumes no prior knowledge of molecular biology. Selected participants shall be given introductory reading materials before they come for the workshops.
Fees
Category 1: INR 3000 + 18% GST = INR 3540
Category 3: INR 5000 + 18% GST = INR 5900
How to apply?
You first need to apply by filling up this form. In this form, you should give a preference for the dates of the workshop that you would like to attend. This form will require you to be signed into a Google account. This is because a Google login is mandatory for forms that require uploading of a file. If there are seats available, we will invite you to pay the fees for a given workshop within a stipulated date. Please note that this invitation is strictly on a first-come-first-serve basis (i.e. people who apply earlier, get invited first).
You need to pay the fees within the stipulated date. If you do not, your admission to the workshop stands forfeited and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Once you have paid the fees, please fill up this form and upload the receipt of the fees paid. This form will also require you to be signed into a Google account.
Once we have received your email, we are going to confirm the receipt of the payment. This might take up to 5 working days.
Once we confirm the payment from our side, we are going to write to you with the final confirmation. At this point, your admission to the workshop is confirmed.
