The National Orthopaedic Conference (NOC 2026) themed “Orthopaedics Beyond Books” is a prestigious national event dedicated to advancing the future of orthopaedic science and clinical excellence. To be held from 27th February to 1st March 2026 at Radisson Blu Hotel, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana (Punjab, India), the conference will bring together leading national and international experts, innovators, and healthcare professionals.
With a strong focus on next-generation orthopaedic practices, NOC 2026 aims to encourage collaboration, highlight innovative research, and offer hands-on learning opportunities that move beyond traditional approaches driving innovation, excellence, and knowledge sharing in musculoskeletal care across the nation.

NOC 2026, Ludhiana cannot be held responsible for delays or payment failures caused by incorrect details entered during the transaction or by the card provider declining the transaction.
If a payment fails or is rejected by your bank or card issuer, it is your responsibility to verify with them whether funds have been deducted from your account.

Cancellation Policy
1. Substitutions:
Registrations for NOC 2026, Ludhiana are strictly non-transferable. Once registered, the delegate name cannot be changed or assigned to another participant under any circumstances.
2. Processing of Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued within 45 working days after the conclusion of the conference.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
Any request for cancellation must be submitted in writing, either by email to the official conference address or through a formal letter.
Cancellation requests must be received on or before 31st December 2025 to be considered for a refund.
From 1st January 2026 onward, refund requests will not be accepted.
Upon approval, GST charges and 25% of the registration fee will be deducted as administrative and processing costs.
Applicable refunds will be released one month after the event concludes.
