Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs and strategies to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff to ensure a qualified team.
• Establish a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students and faculty members.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.
• Manage the budget and resources effectively to support the academic goals of the institution.

Qualification & Experience

• Ph.D. in Allied Health Sciences / Healthcare / Life Sciences (preferred)
• Master’s degree in relevant discipline (mandatory)
• Minimum 10–15 years of teaching experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of healthcare education regulations in Ind
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of educational policies, curriculum development, and academic standards.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and solve problems effectively.
