The Assistant Manager will be responsible for identifying potential third-party manufacturing opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
The position requires developing and maintaining excellent relationships with key clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, and having a keen eye for market opportunities.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelors' degree or higher in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Third-Party Manufacturing in the Pharma in Domestic Market
Expertise in Third-Party Manufacturing, including preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Proven analytical, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
