Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize hospital operations, ensuring world-class patient care and efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategies for the expansion of non-cardiac specialties.
• Drive operational excellence, cost efficiencies, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and accreditation requirements.
• Enhance patient experience by improving clinical and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with medical leadership to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Oversee infrastructure, IT, and facilities to support hospital growth and modernization.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams across clinical and non-clinical departments.

Qualification & Experience

• 15+ years of leadership experience in hospital operations or healthcare management, including at least 5 years leading a P&L.
• Must possess an MBA / MHA / PGDM.
• Experience in digital transformation and operational automation in healthcare is a plus.
