Chief Technician – Haematology

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Verification of calibration
• Validate and dispatch indoor patient’s results
• Maintains of indents
• Dispatch EQAS & AIIMS QC result
• Calibration & validation of cell – counter
• Observe and act on computer entry
• Check coagulation controls
• Look after overall quality of the department
• Set up new test procedure
• Check quality control of new lot kit
• Special coagulation test & special stain
• Daily indoor reports checking & dispatching
• Arrange the duties of all the technicians
• Check annual stock data

Qualification & Experience

• B. Sc. (MLT)
• B. Sc. + D. MLT
• M. Sc Preferred
• EXPERIENCE:
• 8 – 10 years
• Hospital Experience Preferred
• Work Experience in Hematology preferred
