Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical and mental health conditions.
• Monitor vital signs and record patient information accurately.
• Administer medications, injections, and intravenous (IV) treatments as prescribed.
• Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide wound care and other nursing treatments.
• Educate patients and families regarding disease management, medications, and preventive healthcare.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life-support measures when required.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and nursing regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Supervise and guide nursing assistants, attendants, or junior nursing staff when applicable.
