Responsibilities

• Clinical Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage orthopedic and musculoskeletal disorders.
• Conduct OPD consultations and inpatient rounds.
• Handle orthopedic emergencies and trauma cases.
• Evaluate patients and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Interpret X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and other diagnostic investigations.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Surgical Responsibilities
• Perform elective and emergency orthopedic surgeries.
• Manage fracture fixation, trauma surgeries, and joint-related procedures.
• Perform arthroscopy and joint replacement surgeries (where applicable).
• Ensure compliance with surgical safety and infection control protocols.
• Administrative & Academic Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality initiatives, and departmental meetings.
• Collaborate with physiotherapy, radiology, anesthesia, and nursing teams.
• Mentor junior doctors and clinical staff.
• Participate in CME activities, community outreach programs, and health camps.

Qualification & Experience 

• MBBS with MS Orthopedics / DNB Orthopedics.
• Valid Rajasthan Medical Council (RMC) / National Medical Commission (NMC) registration.
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience preferred.
• Experience in trauma management, fracture fixation, arthroscopy, and joint replacement will be preferred.
