Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Assess, stabilize, and manage critically ill patients with multi-organ dysfunction.
• Perform bedside procedures such as intubation, central venous catheter placement, and arterial line insertion.
• Manage mechanical ventilation and other advanced life support equipment.
• Attend daily multidisciplinary ICU rounds to ensure a cohesive care plan
• Lead Code Blue Team and ensure mock-drills are conducted on regular basis
• Participate in post-event analysis of Code blue team mock drills
• Train and mentor ICU staff, including residents and nurses, on critical care protocols
• Management of nephrology-related ICU emergencies, including dialysis-related hypotension and metabolic complications.
• Work closely with the nephrology and surgical team for individualized care plans for ICU patients

Qualification & Experience      

• Qualification: MD/DNB/Diploma in Anesthesia
• Work Experience: 2+ Years
