Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to optimize patient care.
• Inventory and Supply Chain:
• Order and purchase pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies, and drugs.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Maintain inventory and Reorder Level (ROL).
• Place orders for medicine/consumables based on consumption trends.
• Ensure timely receipt and storage of ordered supplies.

Qualification & Experience  

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Training: Willingness to undergo in-house training as a Pharmacy Assistant.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work accurately with minimal supervision.
• Ability to comprehend written instructions from doctors and other departmental personnel.
• Ability to plan and organize work schedule effectively.
• Strong speaking and listening skills to understand and carry out instructions.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Enthusiasm and open-mindedness.
