Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Understanding IT Hardware , Software and Professional Services requirements
• Reviewing Open Purchase Requisitions
• Identifying potential Vendors and floating RFP
• Coordinating with Vendors to assist them in submitting accurate responses
• Engage in technical discussions with IT Team to get the technical evaluation and ratings
• Negotiate with technically approved Vendors for final commercial closure
• Process Price Approval and Purchase Orders
• Overlook timely delivery and payments
• Handling and resolving taxation (GST, TDS, HSN / SAC etc) and accounting queries

Qualification & Experience

• Graduation in Engineering or Information Technology
