The QA Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance activities in healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Understand and interpret NABH accreditation standards and guidelines.
Collaborate with various departments to develop and update policies and procedures to meet quality requirements.
Organize and provide training and education on quality assurance to staff, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel.
Maintain and manage documentation related to quality standards, policies, and procedures.
Act as a liaison with NABH accreditation bodies and other external agencies involved in quality assurance.
Require to have end to end understanding of QA Framework
Timely Recording and reporting to Senior team members.
Any other task/activities as may be assigned from time to time as per project requirements.
Participate in the weekly and monthly review meetings to highlight the progress of the allocated hospitals.
Qualification & Experience
minimum 2 years experience in Hospital Administration.
