Conduct surveillance of HAIs including CAUTI, CLABSI, VAP and SSI.
Collect, analyze, and maintain infection surveillance data.
Identify infection trends and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare monthly infection control reports and dashboards.
Implement infection prevention and control policies and procedures throughout the hospital.
Monitor compliance with hand hygiene, PPE usage and isolation precautions.
Conduct infection control rounds and audits.
Participate in outbreak investigations and containment activities.
Conduct staff training programmes on infection prevention and control.
Assist in development and review of infection control policies and SOPs.
Maintain surveillance, audit and compliance records.
Any other work/responsibility assigned by the HOD/Management in the course of business/work whether within the same unit/dept or any other unit/dept from time to time
Qualification & Experience
Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
Certification in Infection Prevention and Control or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of clinical nursing experience
