Responsibilities

• The role also requires monitoring patient conditions, ensuring a clean environment, documenting care, and collaborating with the healthcare team
• Assist with daily activities, personal hygiene, and comfort measures.
•  Take and record vital signs, assist with wound care, and perform basic procedures under supervision.
• Administer medications as directed by a registered nurse.
• Observe and report any changes in a patient's condition to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain patient charts, document medical histories, and update patient records.
• Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
• Ensure patient rooms and care areas are clean, organized, and safe.
• Educate patients and their families on health instructions, as needed.
