Responsibilities
- Receipt, evaluation and logging of complaints into TrackWise.
- Receipt, evaluation and logging of customer queries.
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders involved in the complaint handling process.
- Provide the acknowledgement and the response letter to the complainant.
- Reconciliation of received Product Quality Complaints.
