Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis.
• Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels
• Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through the YourDOST portal.
• Undertake floor walks in hostels (along with Wellness Champions) to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.
• Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.

Qualification & Experience 

• Hold an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology.
• Have experience (or strong interest) in working with youth/academic mental health.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic, approachable way.
• Are comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.
• Are fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of Bengali is a plus!).
• Willing to stay on campus
