Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Monitoring: Perform daily rounds, assess patient conditions, and adjust treatment plans in consultation with specialists.
• Emergency Response: Act as first responders to medical emergencies and code blue situations, providing immediate resuscitation and stabilization.
• Clinical Procedures: Perform routine medical procedures and assist consultants with specialized interventions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous patient records, including clinical notes, investigation results, and discharge summaries.
• Communication: Liaise with nurses, specialists, and families regarding patient progress, treatment plans, and prognosis.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to infection control protocols, hospital policies, and medical regulations.
