Nurse Training Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for nursing staff, including orientation programs for new hires, continuing education, and specialty training
• Assess the training needs of nursing staff through surveys, interviews, and performance assessments
• Design and update training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations
• Conduct training sessions using various instructional methods, such as lectures, hands-on demonstrations, and e-learning
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure training programs align with hospital policies, procedures, and best practices
• Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to enhance their skills and professional development
• Stay updated with the latest developments in nursing practice and incorporate them into training programs
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and staff progress

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field; Master’s degree and MBA are strongly preferred
• Valid license to practice nursing in Maharashtra
• At least 4 years in a nurse training or educational role
