Responsibilities

• The Nursing Incharge will be responsible for supervising and managing the daily operations of the operation theatre. This includes overseeing nursing staff, maintaining compliance with health regulations, ensuring the efficiency of surgical procedures, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and managing resources effectively. The Nursing Incharge will ensure the highest standards are maintained for patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills, Operations and Operations Management
• Analytical Skills and Communication
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in an operation theatre setting
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Certification in Operating Room Nursing (CNOR) or similar accreditation is a plus
