Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming Orthopaedic enquiries from OPD, phone calls, website, referrals, camps, and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with prospective patients for consultations, investigations, and surgery planning.
• Counsel patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, packages, insurance, and admission process.
• Follow up with patients to improve conversion of enquiries into OPD visits, admissions, and surgeries.
• Maintain daily lead tracking and conversion reports.
• Coordinate with consultants to ensure timely response to patient queries.
• Ensure high patient satisfaction and relationship management.

• Track cancelled and lost leads with reasons
