Patient Care Executive – Intervention Cardiology

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Handle all cardiology-related enquiries received through calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, referrals, camps, and marketing activities.
• Convert leads into OPD appointments, diagnostic procedures, admissions, and interventions.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective patients and referred cases.
• Coordinate with consultants for appointment scheduling and procedure planning.
• Maintain lead conversion data and daily follow-up records.
• Ensure high conversion ratio for angiography, angioplasty, TMT, Echo, ECG, and other cardiac procedures.
• Support business growth initiatives for the cardiology department.

• Track cancelled and lost leads with reasons
