Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during patient consultations and clinical procedures
• Review patient medical history, medications, and treatment plans
• Provide medication counseling and drug information to patients
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to physicians
• Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, and pharmacy departments
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Support prescription review and medication safety practices
• Assist in patient education regarding treatment and medication adherence
• Participate in ward rounds and clinical case discussions
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and healthcare regulations

Qualification & Experience

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) qualification from a recognized institution
• 0–3 years of experience in hospital or clinical practice preferred
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology and clinical practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratiaxvely in a healthcare team
• Basic computer knowledge and medical documentation skills
• Knowledge of hospital information systems is an added advantage
