Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individual needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and conditions.
• Assist in diagnostic tests, procedures, and examinations.
• Ensure timely documentation in patient records (manual or electronic).
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individual needs.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans, treatments, and progress.
• In shift handovers and maintain accurate reports for continuity of care.
• Adhere strictly to infection control policies and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Properly handle and dispose of bio-medical waste.
