Psychology Intern

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Handle escalations related to anxiety, exam fear, and emotional distress
• Conduct short group or one-on-one sessions under guidance
• Act as substitution support for mentor replacements during exam duty
• Support additional mentorship duties if required
• Coordinate with mentors and mentorship managers for follow-ups
• Maintain confidentiality and basic reporting

Qualification & Experience 

• Completed a degree in Psychology
• Basic understanding of student mental health, stress management, and counseling principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Willingness to work across campuses.
• Availability for the full internship duration (January–April).
