Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Revenue Performance of MECP sales team.
• Direct responsible for MACN core business.
• Responsible for MECP and demographic performance.
• Responsible for new initiative for MECP.
• MECP Compliance.
• To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
• Responsible for developing, and implementing Patient Feedback Process and support in regular patient feedback analysis.
• To ensure patient satisfaction, optimal patient movement & patient care.
• To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital. 

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualifications MBA (Marketing)/Diploma in Marketing Experience 5 to 9 years;
• Preferably with 4 years of service industry / healthcare experience
