Job Description:

Responsibilities

• To type accurate discharge summary of IPD patients of floors.
• To type accurate and timely investigation reports & feeding of investigation in HIS
• To effectively coordinate for timely completion of all discharge summary of IPD patients

• Updating Summaries on daily basis
• Daily summary updation of at least 80?mitted patient in the respective assigned area.
• Submit daily list of updated summaries of planned discharge cases in group.
• To update the list of pending death summaries on regular basis.
• To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
• To comply with patient safety policy
• To ensure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal system.
