Job Description:

Responsibilities    

• Responsible for preparing, maintaining and follow-up of dialysis files.
• Responsible for preparing and receiving necessary consent forms from the dialysis patients and also from those undergoing transplant surgery.
• Responsible for starting the procedures, maintaining and terminating the procedure on a patient.
• Responsible for effective quality control of water used for Dialysis.
• Responsible for cleanliness of the department.
• In case of break down to coordinate with Biomedical Department and Maintenance Department.
• To adhere to the safety norms of the hospital and follow both patient safety and staff safety rules.
• To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior.
