Evaluate and manage patients with acute ischemic stroke, intracranial hemorrhage, aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), carotid disease, and other cerebrovascular disorders.
Participate in emergency stroke ("code stroke") assessment and treatment.
Assist in and progressively perform neurointerventional procedures under supervision, including:
Diagnostic cerebral angiography
Mechanical thrombectomy
Aneurysm coiling
Carotid artery stenting
Embolization procedures
Provide pre-procedure evaluation and post-procedure care.
Conduct daily ward rounds, ICU reviews, and outpatient clinics.
Participate in night duties and emergency call rosters.
Maintain accurate medical records and procedural documentation.
Teach junior residents, interns, and medical students.
Participate in departmental audits, quality improvement projects, and research activities.
Attend academic meetings, journal clubs, and multidisciplinary case discussions.
