Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Twice in a month travel to study districts in north Karnataka for onsite mentoring and supportive supervision of nurse mentors and health care personnel in the health facilities within the district.
• Training and capacity building of nurse mentors & health care personnel in the health facilities 
• Evaluation of competencies of health care personnel and strengthening them when required. 
• Capacity building and mentoring of research health personnel and project assistants.
• Plan and develop quality improvement initiatives at the health facilities to help achieve the project objectives. 
• Review data collected from health facilities for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
• Assist the central team in the data entry work related to the project.

Qualification & Experience    

• Preferred Qualifications: B.Sc. Nursing in a recognized hospital with experience in obstetrics and paediatrics
• Experience: Fresher or 1 year experience with knowledge of basic computer applications
