Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Review and validate oncology prescriptions and chemotherapy protocols. 
• Verify medication doses based on patient-specific parameters such as body surface area (BSA), weight, renal function, and laboratory values. 
• Prepare, supervise, or oversee the compounding of cytotoxic and hazardous medications according to safety standards. 
• Provide medication counseling to patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, side effects, and adherence. 
• Monitor patients for drug interactions, toxicities, adverse drug reactions, and treatment outcomes. 
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and oncology care discussions. 
• Ensure compliance with oncology treatment guidelines and institutional policies. 
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation. 
• Support pharmacovigilance, medication safety initiatives, and quality improvement projects. 
• Educate healthcare professionals on oncology medications and emerging therapies. 
• Participate in clinical research, audits, and continuing education activities as required.

Qualification & Experience

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience 
• Healthcare is preferable
• B.Pharma / D.Pharma
• DELHI REGISTRATION MANDATORY
