Responsible for integrating strategic plan of the organization with the operations.
Work in close collaboration with Consultants, Nursing and other Clinical services to ensure delivery of world-class
Healthcare services.
Ensure effective implementation of Policies and Procedures.
Participate in Quality Improvement Programs.
Work in close collaboration with Support/ Operations / Medical / Para Medical / Nursing to ensure implementation of approved Quality Programs.
Comply with patient safety policy.
Identifying and exploring ways and initiatives to build productivity and efficiency.
Support customer audits & government audits to ensure compliance.
Complete statutory, statistical and annual reports.
Responsible for developing, implementing Patient Feedback Process and regular patient feedback analysis.
To take regular hospital rounds with a view to improve professional knowledge, service levels, customer satisfaction etc.
To ensure patient satisfaction, optimal patient movement & patient care.
Liaison with local bodies for all hospital related compliances.Point of contact as escalation matrix to all handle with care patients
Qualification & Experience
MBBS /BHMS /BAMS / Postgraduate (preferably with a Diploma in Hospital Administration or master’s in business administration) / MHA.
More than 12 years of experience with minimum of 6 years in Hospital Operations.

Add 100% compliance in entering the complaints in PFMS from all channels. correct analysis of complaints and MIS. Compliance and fulfilling of all requirements as and when appear in internal audits and External audits.
