Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Continuously monitor vital signs, ECG rhythms, and hemodynamic indicators, responding immediately to changes in condition.
• Equipment Management: Operate and troubleshoot high-tech medical equipment including ventilators, defibrillators, and multi-para monitors.
• Medication Administration: Administer high-alert medications such as vasopressors, sedatives, and anticoagulants, ensuring strict adherence to protocols.
• Direct Patient Care: Perform daily care duties, including wound management, turning patients, and maintaining infection control standards.
• Collaboration & Advocacy: Work closely with intensivists and specialists, while educating and supporting families, notes
