Nursing In charge (Female)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations across IPD / OT / Critical Care units.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, NABH standards, and patient safety guidelines.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Manage duty rosters, manpower planning, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with Consultants, Clinical Administrators, and other departments.
• Monitor quality indicators, infection control practices, and patient satisfaction.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely grievance resolution.

Qualification & Experience

• Experience:
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Nursing (At least 5-7 years in a Senior / Leadership role mandatory)
• Qualification:
• GNM / Post B.Sc Nursing / B.Sc Nursing (Preferred)
