Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Patient Reception and Coordination Responsibilities
• Assist in the investigation and verification of fee payments.
• Record patient information (MR number, bill time, patient name) in the
• distribution book.
• Oversee the setup of patient rooms, ensuring proper instrument arrangement and functionality.
• Coordinate the handover of patients for surgeries to coordinators after doctor consultations.
• Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to ensure the cleanliness of rooms and medical instruments.
• Assist doctors by ensuring the timely provision of refreshments.
• Patient File and Documentation Management
• Collect and organize patient files from the billing department.
• Maintain files for review and follow-up of patients.
• Ensure that patient histories and relevant details are available to doctors before consultations.
• Patient Guidance and Coordination
• Escort patients to the appropriate doctors.
• Guide patients regarding required tests and procedures.
• Explain the process for follow-up visits.
• Act as a liaison between patients and doctors, ensuring effective communication between medical staff and patients.
• Staff Management
• Maintain and manage PCA leave and attendance records.
• Provide coverage for absent PCAs to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient completion of patient-relatedtasks.

Qualification & Experience  

• Any Bachelor Degree
• Freshers or 0 to 1 year of experience
