Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Making Duty Roaster of concerned floor & assigning duty/responsibilities as per staff capabilities.
• To help quality team in preparing training calendar and coordinate for daily training programme
• To maintain departmental and Infection Control KPIs
• To take self rounds in each patient’s room find any complaints/feedback and rectify them.
• To maintain and ensure Crash Cart Trolley is adequately equipped and inventoried with essential drugs and equipments
• To check the patient physically, update the file such as investigation/ reports required before surgery.
• To check monthly stock of medicines such as physical stock, expiry dates, of concerned floor.
• To implement departmental policies & infection control practices.
• To monitor and give on job training to nursing staffs and HK Staffs
• To be involved in quality Assurance / Quality control activities.
• To perform all the jobs as may be assigned due to exigencies of work.

Qualification & Experience 

• QUALIFICATION : DIPLOMA IN GENERAL NURSING & MIDWIFERY / B.SC. NURSING
• EXPERIENCE : 7 YEARS AND MORE
