Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Observe structured online therapy sessions.
• Assist in case documentation and treatment planning.
• Support therapists working with Anxiety and Depression cases.
• Learn therapeutic approaches for OCD, Panic Attacks and Trauma/PTSD.
• Understand ADHD and Bipolar case frameworks.
• Assist in Relationship, Family and Marriage counselling cases.
• Gain exposure to Workplace Issues and EAP clients.
• Learn documentation standards and ethical compliance.
• Participate in supervision and case discussions.
• Develop understanding of CBT, REBT and other evidence-based models.

Qualification & Experience   

• Be pursuing or have completed BA/MA/MSc in Psychology or related field.
• Have strong interest in clinical or counselling psychology.
• Be available for structured remote training sessions.
• Possess strong communication and documentation skills.
• Be committed to ethical and confidential practice.
• Have stable internet connection and work-from-home setup.
