Responsibilities To provide & ensure direct or indirect accurate medical attention to all cases before any surgical procedure. To practice evidence based medicine.To provide quality clinical care to patients.To ensure timely attention and intervention for any query or requirement from the IP patient.To ensure that IP rounds are duly done and the patients are attended empatheticallyTo ensure clear and prompt communication with the admitting as well as Referral Consultants.To complete all OP & IP records on time with accuracy.To take part in all regular CME’s.To ensure emergency preparedness & Response treatment /Procedure/Investigations.To ensure that ethical medical practice is followed.To Compliance with patient protocols(OPIP/OT/Diagnostics/ICU/Triage)To follow Infection Control protocols proper Bio Medical Waste Management.To document patient file/Prescriptions/requisitions (legible/complete).To ensure MLC notification/documentation and statutory compliance.To ensure Documentation at the time of Discharge.To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.Qualification & Experience Minimum QualificationsMD/DNB/DA – Anesthesia/MEM/MD/DNB – Pulmonary MedicineExperience0-3 years of relevant experience in a renowned Hospital. Exposure to pain clinic & critical care will be an added advantage.

ResponsibilitiesTo effectively the management of patients with obstructive lung diseases such as asthma, COPD and obstructive sleep apnoeaTo diagnosis and continuing care of patients with diagnosed malignancy To examine all patients in wards & follow up the cases.To prepare all medical records of the patient being maintained in the ward.To carry out instructions of the consultants in administering the medication and preparing patients for various procedures To assist consultant in the OPDTo actively participate in presentations of CME’s and Journal clubs.To participate actively in the teaching program for nursing staff and technicians. To assist the consultants in all emergency cases. To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital. To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective areaTo Comply with patient safety policyTo ensure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal system. Qualification & ExperienceDoctor of Medicine (MD)
