ResponsibilitiesRegular ward rounds & patient interaction of all In Patients. Initial Assessment and Daily assessment in regard to Diet and Nutrition. Taking part in IDTR. Prescribing diets for all patients using the principles of nutrition & diet therapy. Responsible for interfacing the functions of diet dept with F & B services. Providing Inputs to F & B and ensure that proper diet is served to patients as per plan. Providing appropriate therapeutic & non-therapeutic diets to patients within their socio cultural constraints. Planning & providing special diets for patients with special nutritional needs. Helping in Preparation of any special recipes if required for patients.
