Department of Transfusion Medicine, MGM Medical College Indore is organizing the 10th Annual National Conference of ISTM, TRANSMEDCON 2022 at Indore from 23rd to 25th September 2022.
This conference is being held with the objective to foster recent advances, scientific research, clinical application, education, training and exchanges of knowledge, information and ideas related to transfusion medicine and allied fields in clinical and laboratory medicine. It includes blood banking, bone marrow transplant, HLA typing, immunogenetics, patient blood management, future trends, artificial intelligence, drone delivery system, quality management, accreditation etc. This will be in personal conference after 2 years of COVID-19 in the cleanest city of India in which about 1000 - 1200 experts, delegates, scientists and students are participating from various parts of India and abroad.

10th TRANSMEDCON 2022 Scientific Committee welcomes all delegates to submit their E-Posters or Abstracts for Oral Presentation for the 10th Annual Conference of the Indian Society of Transfusion Medicine, 10th TRANSMEDCON 2022 to be held in Indore between 23rd – 25th September 2022.

General Instructions for Submission of E-Poster & Abstract for Oral Presentation
Registration for the conference is mandatory for submission of E-Poster / Abstracts for Oral Presentation.
As the official language for the conference is English, E-Poster & Abstracts for Oral Presentation must be submitted & presented in English.
E-Posters & Abstracts to be submitted via the Submission Portal. Abstracts submission via other modes such e-mail or any offline method is prohibited.
It is mandatory to use the Official Templates for E-Poster Preparation & Oral Presentation Abstracts
The selected Abstracts & E-Posters will be Published in supplementary edition of Asian Journal of Transfusion Science (AJTS).
Registered Clinical, Paraclinical, Non-Clinical Delegates, PG Students & Technologists can submit the E-Poster/Abstract for Oral Presentation.
The submission begins 10th June 2022 onwards.
The submission shall close on 31st July 2022.
Acceptance shall be notified by 1st September 2022.
Abstracts (PDF) shall be restricted to 300 words and 20 MB in size for upload.
One member can submit/present only ONE PAPER or ONE E-POSTER. In the case of multiple entries, only the first one will be included in the Oral or E-Poster Category.
In the case of more than one contributor, certificate will be given to the First, Second, Third & Corresponding Author provided they are registered for the conference.
The E-Poster/Oral Presentation should be an original work; the CoC shall not be responsible for any conflict arising regarding plagiarism of submission. In case of conflict, the same will be directed to the Ethical Committee of ISTM.
10th TRANSMEDCON 2022 shall not be responsible for errors in the abstract submission. It is important that you read your text to ensure accuracy with no spelling, grammatical or scientific errors. No corrections will be accepted after the abstract submission deadline and the abstract will be published exactly as submitted. Please follow the following instructions to submit abstracts:
The author may choose between the options of E-Poster or Oral presentation. However, the scientific committee reserves the right to accept / reject / assign a different presentation type to the abstract. Oral presentation may get converted to e-poster presentation as per scientific committee’s decision.
Once the E-poster / Abstract is ready, save it as ‘PDF’ to upload via the portal.
Once the E-poster / Abstract is uploaded and submitted, NO REVISIONS / EDITING will be allowed.
Notification regarding acceptance of the submission along with the guidelines for presentation will be sent to the corresponding author’s e-mail.
