ResponsibilitiesApplies knowledge and skills relevant to Disinfection and Sterilization Infection Control Guidelines to the management of the sterilization services at the HospitalPlans, prioritizes and processes the required instrumentation to enable the operating theatres and other services to run efficiently on a daily basisPerform all daily validation requirements and ensure record keeping and tracking are documented and stored appropriatelyMaintains sterile stock levels for the operating theatres to function on a daily basis for planned activityAssesses staff for on-going education and up skilling within the roles of the sterilization departmentDevelopment of competencies and policies to ensure all staff working within the sterilization department are confident in their rolesMaintains safe practices and working environment in accordance with the hospital policy and procedure as varied from time to timeAccept responsibility for own professional developmentPrioritizes purchasing of replacement instrumentation and liaises with company representatives to ensure all is in safe working order for the unitsShould know precautions for safe use and handling of sterilizer (Steam & E.T.O).Drain the water in heater’s chamber after finishing all cycles daily.Before starting the cycle check the water level (RO water) in machine.Before starting the machine (Steam & E.T.O) read all the instruction without fail.Read and follow the Log-Book.Maintaining the following registers:Shift relieving registerMachine Operating register. ResponsibilitiesPerform and interpret ultrasonography scans for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency cases across specialties. Assist consultants in diagnostic procedures and interventional USG-guided procedures. Monitor and ensure proper functioning of ultrasound equipment. Participate in patient evaluation, prepare reports, and communicate findings to the treating team. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for diagnostic and clinical decision-making. Ensure adherence to departmental protocols, infection control, and proper documentation. Guide junior staff and trainees in clinical and technical aspects of ultrasonography. Participate in departmental academic activities, CMEs, and research projects.Qualification & ExperienceEducation: MBBS (Mandatory) + DMRE / DMRD / MD/DNB Radiology. Experience: 0 to 3 Years in diagnostic imaging / ultrasonography. Technical Skills: Proficient in performing and interpreting USG scans, assisting in interventional procedures, and handling USG equipment.

ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage ICU patients, including ventilated and post-operative cases. Perform emergency procedures and interventions including CPR and airway management. Conduct bedside critical procedures (CVP line, arterial line, lumbar puncture, pleural tapping, Foley catheterization, sterile dressing, drain removal). Operate and maintain ICU equipment (ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, ECG machines, suction apparatus, ambu bag, nebulization machines, mucous extractor, glucometer). Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for patient care. Ensure patient safety, infection control, and accurate documentation.Qualification & ExperienceMBBS (Mandatory), MD/DNB in Medicine / Anaesthesia / Chest Medicine / Emergency Medicine / Pulmonary Medicine preferred. Experience: 0–4 years in ICU / Critical Care. Technical Skills: Proficiency in critical care procedures, ventilator management, emergency interventions, and patient monitoring. Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, communication, and ability to perform efficiently under high-pressure situations.

ResponsibilitiesAssess and document patient condition; identify actual and potential problems. Plan, deliver, and update nursing care; delegate and supervise junior staff. Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals. Report malfunctioning equipment and utilize ward resources efficiently. Participate in Nursing Quality Assurance programs and unit-based quality initiatives. Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection control, and documentation standards. Collaborate with doctors, lab/X-ray teams, pharmacy, biomedical engineers, and other stakeholders. Attend nursing meetings, training sessions, and CMEs to stay updated.Qualification & ExperienceEducation: GNM / B.Sc Nursing; Registered Nurse with Maharashtra Nursing Council. Post-certification or specialty training preferred. Experience: 0 to 5 years in ward or hospital nursing; NABH/JCI hospital experience preferred. Technical Skills: Knowledge of nursing protocols, patient care practices, infection control, and ward operations. Soft Skills: Empathy, communication, teamwork, clinical judgment.
