ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities Diagnose and manage orthopedic and musculoskeletal disorders. Conduct OPD consultations and inpatient rounds. Handle orthopedic emergencies and trauma cases. Evaluate patients and develop evidence-based treatment plans. Interpret X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and other diagnostic investigations. Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care. Surgical ResponsibilitiesPerform elective and emergency orthopedic surgeries. Manage fracture fixation, trauma surgeries, and joint-related procedures. Perform arthroscopy and joint replacement surgeries (where applicable). Ensure compliance with surgical safety and infection control protocols. Administrative & Academic ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Participate in clinical audits, quality initiatives, and departmental meetings. Collaborate with physiotherapy, radiology, anesthesia, and nursing teams. Mentor junior doctors and clinical staff. Participate in CME activities, community outreach programs, and health camps. Qualification & Experience MBBS with MS Orthopedics / DNB Orthopedics. Valid Rajasthan Medical Council (RMC) / National Medical Commission (NMC) registration. Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience preferred. Experience in trauma management, fracture fixation, arthroscopy, and joint replacement will be preferred. Skills Required Strong clinical and surgical expertise. Excellent communication and patient counseling skills. Ability to manage emergency and trauma cases independently. Qualification & Experience           MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine / Gen. Medicine / Anesthesia / Gen. Surgery / Ortho with 4 -5 year experience in Emergency Department  

ResponsibilitiesExamine, diagnose, and treat diseases and injuries related to the musculoskeletal system. Prescribe treatment plans for patients with injuries, disorders, or malformations, including performing necessary surgeries. Conduct and supervise direct patient care, including non-surgical treatment options. Plan and implement disease prevention and health promotion programs. Command medical units as per legal and regulatory provisions. Conduct medical research on new injuries or diseases and oversee medical education and training for other medical personnel. Participate in the on-call schedule, ensuring responsiveness and timely care. Provide outpatient and hospital consultation services. Maintain Continuing Medical Education (CME) units as the relevant Board requires. Document symptoms, medications, and treatment events, and maintain historical records. ResponsibilitiesHandle all incoming Orthopaedic enquiries from OPD, phone calls, website, referrals, camps, and digital platforms. Coordinate with prospective patients for consultations, investigations, and surgery planning. Counsel patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, packages, insurance, and admission process. Follow up with patients to improve conversion of enquiries into OPD visits, admissions, and surgeries. Maintain daily lead tracking and conversion reports. Coordinate with consultants to ensure timely response to patient queries. Ensure high patient satisfaction and relationship management.
