ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overseeing hospital operations during their assigned shift, ensuringsmooth functioning of emergency, OPD, and inpatient services. Attends tocritical patient cases, provides immediate medical care, and supervises junior medical staff and nurses.Coordinates with different departments, handles patient complaints or escalations, ensures adherence tohospital protocols and safety standards, and maintains proper documentation of all medical activities during the shift.Qualification & ExperienceBHA2-4 yrs experience

ResponsibilitiesOversee complete IPD (In-Patient Department) operations ensuring smooth functioning. Monitor bed occupancy, patient flow, admission & discharge processes. Ensure quality patient care, safety standards, and compliance with NABH / regulatory norms. Lead, mentor, and manage IPD nursing & support teams. Coordinate with Medical, Nursing, Billing, and Support Services for seamless operations. Monitor KPIs, TATs, patient satisfaction scores, and operational efficiency. Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives. Handle escalations and ensure effective grievance redressal.Qualification & ExperienceMBA in Hospital Management10+ years in Hospital Operations (Minimum 3 years in Head / Senior Leadership role mandatory)

ResponsibilitiesA professional approach must be adapted with all patients, staff and visitors. To provide medical cover, routine and emergency, during hours of duty and work in conjunction with the other specialties to serve the institute. Follow all Clinical safety, hygiene, infection control protocols to be adhered to (eg wearing gloves when required, aprons, hand hygiene, etc). Is required to be willing and available to see patients when required or when requested. Required to assist the consultants in the operation theatre and can assist in surgeries under supervision of consultants.
