Responsibilities•  Maintaining sanitation & cleanliness of the unit. • Receiving & transfer of patients with all safety norms. • Sending sample (post operative) for diagnostic evaluation as per requirement • Providing comfort measures , give pschycological support to the patient • Taking care of elimination • Help & do positioning of the patient for different surgery • Attaining in-service education. • Collect sutures & expensive disposables, instruments & return back the un-used materials after surgery. • Help & do positioning of the patient for different surgery • Lays the instruments for the case before surgery & maintains a count list. • Assist the surgeon during surgery. • Cleaning of instruments, disinfection & packing for sterilization. • Assist scrub nurse during surgery. • Working as a circulating nurse • Assist in recovery room management • Clean & give handover of instruments &other surgical items to CSSD for sterilization. • Observing the patient condition & take prompt action • Keeping surgery record & maintain surgery checklist. Keeping update record • Helping in taking OT inventory both instrument & consumables • Receive sterile item from CSSD to OT. • Check sterile items Expiry & maintain FIFO ( first in & first out) • Prepare disinfection solution, dressings, peanuts, cottontails etc. • Maintain & practice all infection control protocol of operation theatre.

ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and manage patients in OPD, wards, ICU, and emergency settings. Conduct detailed history taking, physical examinations, and clinical assessments. Order and interpret laboratory investigations, imaging, and other diagnostic tests. Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans. Perform daily ward rounds and monitor patient progress. ResponsibilitiesAnswers incoming Calls & Emails of patients in a professional and courteous manner. Management and resolve patient complaints and queries related to Doctors, Hospital & services we are providing being raised via call, E-mail & through official Website as well any other digital source. Assist patient by informing the procedure to be followed to proceed further. Monitor automated systems for placing collect calls and intervene for a callers needing assistance. To give priority to emergency call and to co-ordinate with the concern person / respective department for the same. Review and follow-up on patient accounts in a timely manner. Enter and update correct patient data into the computer data bases. To be involved in quality Assurance / Quality control activities. To perform all the jobs as may be assigned. Participation in Continuous Quality Improvement. Comply with company policy and procedures and pertinent laws or regulations.

ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates proficiency by performing routine and emergency echocardiograms, including but not limited to 2-dimensional, 3- dimensional, Doppler, Transesophageal, and Stress Echocardiogram, as requested by physician and in accordance with standard practices. Provides echocardiography service at all necessary locations, working variable shifts, weekends, and providing emergent call coverage as scheduled. Operate equipment necessary to perform all required procedures and to obtain optimal diagnostic recording; utilize ancillary devices such as selected transducers, digital networking system, off-line analysis systems. Maintain equipment in working order, making minor adjustments and repairs. Perform routine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and report any equipment malfunction to echo lab manager. Analyze patient’s medical record to obtain history of symptoms and necessary information for performance of diagnostic procedures. Prepares preliminary reports for review and interpretation by Cardiologist, including comparison of previous studies. Participate in quality improvement activities; evaluate procedure results for technical quality and accuracy; maintain appropriate logs, files, and records. Review department performance in relation to established goals, implementing changes to effect outcomes. Maintain confidentiality of patients, employees and corporation-related activities. Instruct students, fellows, nurses, or health personnel as requested. Communicates technical and patient care related information according to established processes and timelines. Attends Echo Lab Meetings, participates in Echo related conferences through attendance, ensuring continuing education and professional growth. Cultivates a collaborative and cooperative work environment within department. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Actively participates with patient testing, performing routine, non- routine, urgent, and emergent patient requests. Performs advanced cardiac ultrasound services and procedures to patients utilizing independent judgment, with real-time and off-line manipulation of echocardiographic images for capture, display and analysis of echocardiography data. Assists the physician with Echocardiography guided studies to aid them in proceeding with complex procedures to decrease potential associated procedural risks. Acts as a resource and assists Junior Cardiac Sonographers and Cardiology Fellows with pre/post procedures, preliminary review of images obtained and report. Acts as a preceptor by on-boarding Junior Cardiac Sonographers with departmental orientation, in-service and education. Support and recommend quality assurance initiatives. Qualification & Experience Ability to effectively operate sonographic equipment. Ability to evaluate sonograms in order to acquire appropriate diagnostic information. Ability to integrate diagnostic sonograms, laboratory results, patient history and medical records, and adapt sonographic examination as necessary. Ability to use independent judgment to acquire the optimum diagnostic sonographic information in each examination performed. Ability to evaluate, synthesize, and communicate diagnostic information to the attending physician. Ability to communicate effectively with the patient and the health care team, recognizing the special nature of sonographic examinations and patient's needs. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public and health care team. Ability to follow established departmental procedures. Ability to work efficiently and cope with emergency situations.

MS/DNB (General Surgery). MCh/DNB (Urology) from a recognized institution. Valid registration with State Medical Council/NMC.

ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage disorders related to the gastrointestinal tract, liver, pancreas, and biliary system. Conduct OPD consultations and manage admitted patients (IPD). Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including: Upper GI Endoscopy Colonoscopy Sigmoidoscopy ERCP (if trained and credentialed) Other advanced GI procedures as applicable Assess, investigate, and formulate treatment plans for patients. Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, intensivists, and other specialists for multidisciplinary patient care. Participate in emergency GI services and on-call duties as per hospital requirements. Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation. Adhere to NABH standards, hospital policies, and clinical protocols. Conduct patient and family counseling regarding diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care. Support clinical audits, quality initiatives, CMEs, and community awareness programs. Qualification & Experience Qualification MBBS from a recognized medical institution. MD/DNB (General Medicine) or equivalent. DM/DNB (Gastroenterology) from a recognized institution. Valid Rajasthan Medical Council (RMC) registration or eligibility for registration. Experience Fresh DM/DNB Gastroenterology graduates or experienced consultants may apply. Experience in diagnostic and therapeutic GI endoscopy preferred. Exposure to advanced GI procedures and hepatology management will be an added advantage.

Collaborate with physiotherapy, radiology, anesthesia, and nursing teams. Mentor junior doctors and clinical staff. Participate in CME activities, community outreach programs, and health camps. Qualification & Experience MBBS with MS Orthopedics / DNB Orthopedics. Valid Rajasthan Medical Council (RMC) / National Medical Commission (NMC) registration. Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience preferred. Experience in trauma management, fracture fixation, arthroscopy, and joint replacement will be preferred.
