ResponsibilitiesOperationalizing specific services within the hospital such as implementation of quality standards, telemedicine platform operationalization, coordinating specialist doctor visits, inter hospital coordination within the network. Working closely with network managers and supporting developing, recording, documenting, disseminating protocols and frameworks. Engaging with hospitals to understand level of execution of these protocols and standards Working with technical team / consultants and network hospital to ensure smooth operationalization of specific services such as telemedicine operation Managing backend data generated from these activities and analyzing and developing reports to facilitate understanding of programme implementation of specific threads. Coordinating with consultants / technical specialists and network hospitals whenever required to facilitate operationalization of services. Qualification & Experience    Good understanding of hospital operations especially in charitable / public hospital setting. Master's degree preferably in hospital administration or hospital management Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in healthcare or hospital sector. Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external experts. Willingness to travel extensively for work. Ability to work with minimal supervision and solve problems independently or collaboratively if needed. Experience in hospital administration, quality improvement, or hospital systems strengthening would be an added advantage. Strong communication and documentation skills.

ResponsibilitiesNursing Care Model Design Design nursing care systems for OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, emergency, and specialty wards Define nursing workflows from patient admission to discharge Create standard nursing care processes that can be used across all hospitals Nursing Workforce Planning Define nursing staffing ratios and shift systems Design nursing roles and levels (ANM, GNM, BSc, MSc structure) Plan workload distribution and duty rosters Match staffing plans with hospital size and specialties Patient Safety & Quality Systems Design systems to ensure patient safety in daily care Create nursing audit and quality monitoring systems Define infection control and risk management practices Ensure compliance with hospital quality standards and accreditation needs (e.g., NABH readiness) Linking Clinical Work to Nursing Execution Convert clinical instructions into clear nursing workflows Ensure nursing teams can safely execute clinical plans Identify and fix gaps between clinical design and real-world nursing practice Infrastructure & Equipment Inputs Define nursing needs for hospital design and layout Give inputs for ICU, ward, OT, and emergency design from nursing perspective Guide placement and usability of medical equipment Ensure design supports safe and efficient patient care Training & Standardization Design nursing training and onboarding programs Create SOPs and training manuals for nursing staff Define skill levels and competency standards for nursing roles Help standardize nursing practices across all hospitals Qualification & Experience    BSc Nursing (mandatory); MSc Nursing / Postgraduate specialization preferred; Healthcare management qualification (MHA / Hospital Administration diploma) (mandatory) 10–15 years’ experience in nursing leadership roles - Nursing Superintendent / Head Nurse / Nursing Director preferred Exposure to multi-specialty or tertiary care hospitals and preferably a teaching hospital with an attached nursing college Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals strongly preferred Exposure to ICU, OT, emergency nursing systems preferred Experience in hospital commissioning or greenfield setup is a strong advantage

ResponsibilitiesSets up and operates heart-lung machine in hospital to take over functions of patient's heart and lungs during surgery or respiratory failure: Reviews patient medical history and chart, and consults with surgeon or physician to obtain patient information needed to set up heart-lung machine and associated equipment.  Selects, assembles sets up, and tests heart-lung machine to ensure that machine and associated equipment function according to specifications. Operates heart-lung machine to regulate blood circulation and composition, to administer drugs and anesthetic agents, and to control body temperature during surgery or respiratory failure of patient.  Monitors and observes operation of heart-lung machine and patient's physiologic variables such as blood temperature, blood composition, and flow rate, and adjusts equipment to maintain normal body functions.  Cleans and adjusts parts of heart-lung machine. Qualification & ExperienceAble to work accurately and with minimal supervision. Ability to comprehend written instructions given by the related departmental personnel. Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively. Speaking and listening are essential requirements to understand and carry out the instructions given by the supervisors and other related departmental personnel. Affinity to work in team. ResponsibilitiesThe QA Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance activities in healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards. Understand and interpret NABH accreditation standards and guidelines. Collaborate with various departments to develop and update policies and procedures to meet quality requirements. Organize and provide training and education on quality assurance to staff, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel. Maintain and manage documentation related to quality standards, policies, and procedures. Act as a liaison with NABH accreditation bodies and other external agencies involved in quality assurance. Require to have end to end understanding of QA Framework Timely Recording and reporting to Senior team members. Any other task/activities as may be assigned from time to time as per project requirements. Participate in the weekly and monthly review meetings to highlight the progress of the allocated hospitals. Qualification & Experienceminimum 2 years experience in Hospital Administration.
