Clinical Services and Patient Care: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize pharmacotherapy for hospitalized patients while ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based use of medications. Oversee patient counselling services, providing education on medication Use and safety as needed to improve patient outcomes. Implement and monitor clinical pharmacy services such as drug utilization reviews, formulary management, and clinical protocols. Pharmacy Operations & Inventory Management: Manage the pharmacy's inventory, ensuring that medications are adequately stocked, properly stored, and dispensed according to hospital protocols. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure medication,s ensuring the timely availability of essential pharmaceuticals while managing costs effectively. Oversee the proper handling and disposal of hazardous and controlled substances in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. Ensure that the pharmacy operates within budgetary constraints, identifying opportunities for cost containment without compromising patient care quality.Qualification & ExperineceQualification: B.Pharm + PG in Supply Chain Management Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in Healthcare
